Elite Companion turns everyday attendance answers into the attendance CSV required for Swiss National Database for Sport reporting.
Clubs receiving Swiss sport funding have to report attendance. Most do it by copying a paper list into a spreadsheet months later. Elite Companion collects the same data as a by-product of players answering their invitations, validates that every participant has a PEID, and exports the file in the expected format.

The app lists every participant still missing a PEID and lets you enter them right there, so the export can't produce an unusable file.

What the export contains
- Participant PEID — the sports-specific registration number, validated for every participant before the file is generated.
- Session data — date, start time, activity type (training or match), duration and location for each session.
- Season scoping — export a single season or the complete attendance history of the team.
- Multi-language sources — German and French attendance files import and export correctly, including their character encodings.

Which plan includes the export?
The CSV attendance export is part of the All-Star plan (CHF 9 per month or CHF 90 per year). Attendance tracking itself is available on the free Rookie plan.
Can we bring our existing data in?
Yes. Rosters and schedules can be imported from CSV or Excel files, including files exported from other systems.
Where is the data stored?
Elite Companion is built in Switzerland with role-based access and a privacy policy aligned with GDPR and the Swiss FADP. Players and guardians only see what concerns them.
