Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Request Deletion
Until an in-app deletion option is available, please email info@eliteplayer.ch from the email address associated with your account and include subject: "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations.
In-App Deletion
We plan to provide an in-app option to delete your account in the Settings area, in accordance with App Store guidelines. Once available, this page will be updated with instructions.
What Is Deleted
- Your profile and account data
- Uploaded media and files (e.g., profile photos)
- Device push tokens associated with your account
Note: Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for the protection of legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention).
